3D Fitness is proud to be serving the outstanding citizens of Houston, Texas!
You'll find us centrally located on a little side street off Bissonnet, called Kelvin, across from the animal hospital. We are just down the street from the Rice Village and I am pleased to say, many of our members are close enough to walk to us! Others like to come over after work, giving the traffic time to clear out a bit before the commute home. We hold classes as early as 6:00am and starting as late as 6:30pm. Come early, mid-day or evening for an energizing work-out that will give your day the boost it needs. No contracts and no hassles. Pay for what you want and nothing else. Whether your thing is Pilates, Yoga, TRX, or a Boot-Camp-style work out we call "B-Fit", a package of classes allows you to try it all. Enjoy the social nature of a small group class, typically 4 or less, or Private sessions that cater to your specific needs and time schedule. If you haven't yet heard of 3D Fitness, you may be asking, is this a gym? Well it's not like your parents' gym. We are a progressive training studio with half the building dedicated to Pilates, including equipment such as reformers, towers and chairs ...an hour of Pilates is sure to stimulate muscles you didn't know you had, while taking your mind off your worries. If you're looking for muscle tone without the increase in girth, its just what the doctor ordered, or trainer, anyway! It's so good, many members claim they become "addicted". The other half is more difficult to describe. Personal & Small Group Training can have many meanings to people. At 3D Fitness, our objective is to get your body the results you want, without doing any harm along the way (sad that I even have to include that part, but some work-outs incorrectly executed actually do more harm than good in the long run). Empowered with the most current knowledge of the body, and of the most effective training strategies and techniques, we let our only our imaginations limit us while planning your programs. We use these techniques and tools to give you a fitness training experience that I've recently heard described as "a blast"! That's a powerful response for the body. When you have fun like that, it trains the body to have a new attitude towards exercise, one that will endure a lifetime. How does this work, for example?? ...Have you ever heard of a "funky lunge"?! Hanging onto a TRX rope will bring new meaning to the word Athlete. Jumping on a BOSU is certain to make you feel like a kid again. Trigger Point Therapy will release stiffness and leave the whole body renewed and better able to perform in our favorite activities.
